Lewis Loh, who goes by the artist handle of lewloh, is a singer-songwriter who translates intangible emotion into an embrace that is rough but real.

His voice hugs you like a friend and takes you home. Since the release of his debut album ‘Lullacry’ in 2017, Lewis has been steadily winning the hearts of folk-pop lovers in Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, USA, and the Southeast Asia region. Today, he constantly pushes himself to reinvent his storytelling, and is slated to be one of the most prolific singer-songwriters from the region. 

Being LGBTQ+, Asian, and a third-culture kid are key parts of lewloh’s identity as it brings about a unique intersectional perspective of not being able to fit in, often in more ways than one. Lewis’ songs often deal with the themes of love, trauma, abandonment, healing, and hope. This makes him an important voice for his generation of young listeners and musician peers.

Lewloh has constantly released music since 2017, putting out a 13-track album, 3 EPs, and over 10 singles. On Spotify alone, Lewis garners the regular attention of over 140k monthly listeners and sits on over 14 million streams spread between Spotify and Apple Music. WIth the release of his sophomore album michigan/missinghim in 2021, lewloh is poised to be one of the top English folk-pop acts from Singapore.
