Cheri Indigo

Cheri Indigo (Cherry) is a synth-pop singer-songwriter based in Singapore.

From her time living within the tech bubble of the Silicon Valley, Cherry wrote music that drew inspiration from her experience there. Her lyrics expound on the challenges that people experience in this modern digital age.

Cherry wrote her first synth-pop EP, Night=Day, during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. The EP recounts her personal battle with depression and insomnia in an urban setting. Her effective combination of thought-provoking lyrics and neoteric, electronic bops capture the tension between reality and dystopia with a cyberpunk vibes.
